Lost key charge.

The current charge for a lost key, or failing to hand in at our reception desk on check out is £ 15.00 + VAT = £ 18.00. We reserve the right to charge this amount if applicable, however, we will happily refund this amount if the key is subsequently returned to The Glen Hotel. Please note that the key must be handed in on check out and not left in the room.

Pets

We are sorry but we do not accept pets other than registered guide dogs.

General Policy

In the event of cancellation any deposit paid will be lost. If a cancellation is made within seven days prior to the day of arrival then the full amount of the accommodation booked will be payable. Any extras booked, dinner, additional beds etc will not be charged. Please note check in is available between 15:00 & 21:00 each day. If you wish to check in after 21:00 you must contact the hotel in advance as the hotel may close any time after 21:00 hrs. Check out is by 10:30 hrs each day. We are sorry but we do not accept pets other than registered guide dogs.
